The design of the dolls (face, limbs) are created by a well-known American Collectible doll artist.
What are the care and instructions for the dolls to have a long and healthy life?
The beautiful dolls’ soft material body keeps the small voicebox protected. The dolls are very sturdy and can withstand vigorous play. The dolls are meant to be played with!
- Prepare your doll by installing 3-AAA batteries (Not Included).
- Protect your doll’s mechanical parts by not submerging into water. Always keep your doll in a clean, dry and safe place.
- Care for your doll: keep vinyl parts clean, wash with soft cloth, warm water and mild soap. Keep all cloth parts clean and dry. Keep your doll’s hair in good condition, please Do Not shampoo, hot curl or dry it.
What should I do if my doll arrives damaged?

What is the return policy?

- Return shipping is not included
- All dolls must come in their original packaging–doll box, wire ties securing the doll in the box and be in new condition
- A 5% fee applies to all doll returns
- A 3% fee for cancellations
